I have been practicing Reflexology for 8 years' I am fully qualified and accredited by The Association of Reflexologists.

 This healing technique is ancient and goes back thousands of years, it is still widely practiced in China, where it commonly used for all kinds of ailments.  We now have our Western version which is less painful! But still very effective.  I have been able to help heal many people during the years that I have been using reflexology, and the problems that I have dealt with have ranged from:-

Reflexology works by removing the blockages found on the reflex points on the feet. As each block is removed using pressure and  massage, so the corresponding problem in the body is relieved, and healing commences!
