Quit Smoking

I have put together a very successful combination of therapies to help you give up smoking! The treatment lasts for one and half hours and at the end of it you are a NON-SMOKER! And this is now the new you! You leave my consulting rooms feeling very relaxed and fully confident that you have quit smoking for ever.

To enable a smoker to become a non-smoker I have found it helpful to explain some of the reasons why we find it hard to give up smoking, and surprisingly, when you quit smoking the least difficult aspect is not the addiction to nicotine! It is the other benefits that smoking tends to give you that makes you crave a cigarette. Some people smoke in groups, companies usually allow smokers to meet outside the building for a cosy little chat several times a day! It can be a break from the monotony of work. We often associate having a cigarette with a relaxing drink, so the association is immediate- drink in one hand, cigarette in the other!

For you to successfully quit smoking it is important to break these associations, and this is part of what I do for you. By using NLP techniques, Hypnosis (Hypnotherapy) and EFT (Emotional Freedom Therapy) I enable you to quit smoking and make new associations.
