My approach using NLP and Hypnosis
Using NLP for depression, anxiety and low self esteem, together with stress and post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is very effective for bringing down stress levels. It is very rewarding to help my clients achieve new levels of self esteem and a feeling of happiness.
When a client comes to me for help with a problem, I show them into my treatment room, where they can relax and listen to gentle music and enjoy the soft lighting and comfort of my soft, leather reclining chair.
I think it's important for people to feel at ease before we begin the hypnosis, so I ask a few questions and explain about some of the things that I do, and generally create a feeling of relaxation, trust and confidentiality. This helps things to flow during the hypnosis treatment and gives my clients confidence in the process before we begin.
I believe that working with a client is something we do as a team. My aim is to empower you, to unlock your potential and set you free! So once I have decided on the course of action, it's just the two of us, working with hypnosis and NLP to create a positive future for you.
