I’m Kay Howard, a qualified Master Hypnotherapist and NLP practitioner, accredited Reflexologist and Reiki Master who is passionate about helping people to live healthier, happier, more positive lives.

My own path of personal development has shaped my career, and began 12 years ago when I discovered my desire to work one-on-one to help people recover from physical and emotional problems. This led to me training and qualifying as a Reflexologist and Reiki Master, and enhanced my ability to truly listen to, and connect with, my patients.

A number of years later I trained in NLP and Hypnotherapy with Richard Bandler, who developed Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and Paul McKenna, the celebrated Hypnotherapist and Hypnotist. This course changed my life, giving me the skills and ability to develop my inner strength and become more centred, focused and happy. I now take great pleasure in using these skills and tools to enable my patients to do the same.

Since 2002 I have run a busy and thriving practice in Danbury, Essex, using  Hypnotherapy,NLP, Reflexology, Reiki, and EFT,  to treat patients with a variety of problems, specialising in recovery from trauma and stress related situations.

I also run personal development and motivational workshops, the most recent of which is ‘How to Attract Your Soul Mate’, in which I use the experience and skills I have gained over the years to help attendees find true love.
